Our Refund Policy
We strive to accommodate refunds and ticket transfers where possible while balancing the need to cover event costs. To request a refund please email us directly, will not be able to action refund requests sent through our social media accounts. Please review our policies based on the type of event:
Fully Funded Events e.g. free events or volunteer days
These event often experience high demand. If you’re unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible so we can fill your spot. We do not maintain a waiting list but will post last-minute ticket availability on our social media.

Paid Events
Many of our paid events involve purchasing materials and consumables that may not be reusable. Refund policies vary to account for these costs:

Online Talks:

Refunds available up to 48 hours before the event.

Alternatively, you can request access to a recording, which will be available for 2 weeks.

Workshops:

Refunds available up to 72 hours before the event.

With 72 hours' notice, tickets can sometimes be transferred to a similar upcoming workshop (if space permits).

No refunds within 72 hours of the event start.

Courses:

Refunds available up to 7 days before the course begins.

With 7 days' notice, tickets may be transferable to a similar course (if space permits).

No refunds within 7 days of the course start.

Ticket Transfers
If you cannot attend but wish to transfer your ticket to another participant, please contact us to update the attendee details.
Why These Policies Exist
Last-minute cancellations often create resource waste and financial strain. As a small cooperative, we work hard to keep our events accessible while ensuring fair compensation for our team.
